• •Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
• •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or contain errors.

3. Payment

• •We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
• •By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• •All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• •We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• •Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• •We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• •If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

• •Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
• •If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• •Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• •Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

6. Subscriptions

• •Subscription plans automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled.
• •You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• •Subscription boxes are non-transferable and are for personal use only.

7. Fundraisers

• •Fundraiser campaigns are subject to approval by Popcorn Euphoria. We reserve the right to decline any fundraiser request.
• •Revenue share percentages are agreed upon at the time of campaign setup and are not subject to change after a campaign begins.
• •Popcorn Euphoria is not responsible for the fundraising goals or outcomes of any organization.
• •Fundraiser payouts are processed after the campaign ends and all orders are fulfilled, typically within 30 days.

8. User Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
